Summary:
The supervisor’s role is to support the store manager leading all team members in the efficient and profitable operation of Sony Store. He/she is responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Sony Store Experience for both our customers and team members. The Supervisor maintains the tone and personality of the store as set by the store manager and facilitate by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, visual merchandising display (VMD) specialist, smooth operations and demonstrated commitment to Sony’s brand image, values, and guiding principles.

1. Sales & Store Operations
- Monitors and assist to execute sales plan set by the Store Manager.
- Maintains and utilizes daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting tools.
- Ensures proper team member coverage, scheduling according to the needs of the Sony Store business.
- Oversees all cash and media management functions. Able to perform all POS duties, front and back of house functions including opening and closing procedures
- Maintains proper loss prevention standards, reviewing cash handling procedures, deposits, and safe procedures.
- Executes and communicates all sales promotions and new product information to the team.
- Maintains a clean well-merchandised store, following visual presentation plans and standards. Promotes and practices safe work habits, identifying and resolving potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and any team member or customer incidents.

2. Service
- Be able to provide an outstanding and consistent service at his/her store.
- Pro-active in solving customer problems and providing excellent customers service in various situations.
- Ensures that all team members are committed to and demonstrate our house rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Ensures that all team members provide customers with efficient, friendly, superior service on a consistent basis.
- Consistently monitors, coaches, and encourages team members to meet the Company’s service standards.
- Manage manpower to provide adequate staffing to efficient and friendly, superior service.
- Maintains high cleanliness standards consistently throughout the store in the areas of store appearance, merchandise, and equipment

3. Product
- Ensures that all demo products and stocks procedures are followed, maintaining the highest quality and consistent product standards.
- Ensures that all the demo products are displayed correctly, with software updated to the latest version for customers to experience, try as well as for demo purposes.
- Ensures that all team members are briefed and educated on our products and services, by developing an understanding of our various types of products.
- Maintain the Daily Checklist twice a day

4. Training & Development
- Provides ongoing training and development to all team members in the areas of operating standards, customer service and product knowledge.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead, effectively communicate, and champion the Sony Store house rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Builds morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team members input is encouraged and valued.
- Ensures each team member has received proper training to perform as a supervisor or Product Consultant efficiently.
- Continually develops team members, establishing specific performance objectives, and measuring team member performance regularly.
- Coaches and counsels team members for improved performance, documenting developmental plans as necessary

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably experience in similar role
- Electronics (TV - Soundbar - Camera - Audio) knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software. (MS office)
- Good data management & analysis skills
- Very good command of English
- Good adaptability, flexibility, teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and work well with team members
- Customer Centric
- Ability to learn fast and adapt well in unfamiliar situations, Change agility
- Result oriented & deadline committed & careful
