**Who are we looking for?**:
To support CS sales and CS TS team activity:

- Sales suport: Order receiving; Logistics, stock support
- TS team jobs: Support analysis samples; Technical document.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Support customers in ordering chemicals: Receive orders, make contracts, update payments, storage and delivery.
- Provide technical documents, audit reports to customers and translate if needed
- Follow and update chemicals stocks and consumption in customers.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues in TS team as necessary
- Delivery, transportation of documents, chemical samples to or from customers and abroad.
- Report periodically and perform other duties as assigned.

**Who are You?**:

- Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce/ Accounting/ Logistic.
- At least 2 - 3 years in relevant experience.
- Good at multi-tasking.
- Language certificates equivalents to TOEIC 600 or higher
- Good communication skills with external customers and team members.
- Good communication in Vietnam (Native) and English (intermediate)

**What competencies will you need?**:

- Must be fluent in English in 4 skills (Listening, Writing, Reading and Speaking, equivalent TOEIC 600 or higher).
- Proficient in MS office tools, experience using ERP is an advantage.
- Good communication, situation handling skill.
- Be dynamic and have responsibility.
