Customer Service Engineer
As a Field Service Technician at Diebold Nixdorf, you're responsible for installing, debugging, and providing technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. You'll conduct scheduled inspection, cleaning, and other services and perform minor product repairs within your assigned territory. You will inspect products for correct operation and resolve noted issues and/or escalate according to established procedure. You will also schedule services, complete all required paperwork, and work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
**Responsibilities**
- Chuẩn bị và bảo trì các máy ATM, CDM, xử lý sự cố, triển khai lắp đặt với chất lượng và hiệu quả cao, đúng thời gian cam kết.
- Cập nhật thông tin đầy đủ về công việc, sản phẩm sử dụng, và biên bản kỹ thuật trong vòng 3 ngày sau khi hoàn thành công việc.
- Giao tiếp và phối hợp với khách hàng để đảm bảo công việc hoàn thành tốt và khách hàng hài lòng.
- Tuân thủ quy trình làm việc và đề xuất các cải tiến, sáng tạo trong quy trình dịch vụ.
- Đi công tác, thường xuyên di chuyển giữa các địa điểm lắp đặt và bảo trì ATM, CDM.
- Triển khai, lắp đặt cấu hình và đào tạo khách hàng về cách sử dụng máy ATM, CDM.
- Gains familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures.
- With guidance and / or in conjunction with more experienced technicians performs any or all of the following: Incident Handling: Utilizes diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting via detailed analysis of hardware and software failures.
- Performs hardware repairs on a component level.
- Cleans and adjusts mechanical components.
- Configures and installs applicable software.
- Preventive Maintenance: Performs routine checks according to documented procedures.
- Refills consumables as directed.
- IMAC/R: Installs, moves, adds, changes and removes hardware and software products.
- Customer Training: Instructs and trains customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
- Participates in regular hardware and software trainings (on the job, classroom and web based).
- Participates in the implementation of measures to achieve agreed KPIs.
- Assists with special projects as assigned.

- Có xe máy và sẵn sàng đi công tác nội, ngoại tỉnh.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm sửa chữa ATM, CDM hoặc thiết bị POS, nhưng sẽ đào tạo nếu chưa có kinh nghiệm.
- Có kiến thức cơ bản về điện tử, mạng, phần mềm, mạch điện tử là một lợi thế.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, nhiệt tình, chịu khó, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Automation Engineering / Information Technology
- Minimum of at least 1 year of relevant experience in Field Service. Priority is given to those with experience in ATMs / CDMs / POS devices but open to train for those without prior experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Enthusiastic, hard-working, able to work independently.
- Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements. Available to use motorbike and willing to travel within and outside the province
