Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients and partners on details of company's products and services
- Resolve customer's issue by providing the appropriate solutions following company's SOP
- Responds to client inquiries and correspondence in timely manner
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers
- Collaborate with other departments to meet clients' requirements
- Makes sure that customers are always up-to-date with company's latest capabilities
- Manage company's tracker, record, and database; ensuring data is always promptly updated
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as communication, journalism, English language, etc. (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Ability to quickly process and organize large amounts of information and identify and assess items of the greatest importance
- Relevant monitoring and analysis experience
- Strong English proficiency, writing and speaking skills
- Comfortable working in independent, remote, fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize projects
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and multimedia software, including publishing and analytics tools
