Customer Service Specialist

- Handle patient inquiries via phone about registration, appointments, payments, and app usage,
- Guide users on core functions of the app (electronic prescriptions, medical record uploads, and medication tracking, etc)
- Identify emergency cases (chest pain, breathing difficulties), transfer urgent cases to doctors, and guide patients to nearby hospitals.
- Record user feedback, align with the product team, and drive continuous feature improvements
- Assist in coordinating emergency medication delivery within 1 hour.
- Resolve complaints, mediate disputes, and escalate critical cases when necessary.
- Monitor call quality, ensure service standards, and track patient satisfaction.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
- College degree or higher (Nursing, Public Health, or related fields preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in medical customer service.
- Clear Vietnamese pronunciation & basic English communication
- Familiar with CRM tools (Zendesk, Lana Health) & basic medical knowledge (training provided).
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle disputes professionally.
