- Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all property management activities, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with company standards.
- Document all procedures and tasks completed, maintaining detailed records to track service quality, timelines, and outcomes for future audits or reviews.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with landlords by proactively addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Conduct regular check-ins with landlords, providing updates on property conditions, maintenance schedules, tenant feedback, and any other relevant information.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely and quality repairs, minimizing disruptions and meeting landlords' expectations for property upkeep.
- Ensure high tenant satisfaction by promptly addressing tenant concerns, requests, and maintenance needs to maintain a positive living experience.
- Coordinate move-in, move-out, and periodic property inspections to ensure properties meet quality standards, resolving any issues to avoid tenant dissatisfaction.
- Work closely with the leasing team to manage and negotiate lease renewals, providing tenants with relevant information on lease terms, options, and any updated policies or benefits.
- Respond to urgent maintenance issues swiftly, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve problems promptly.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in property management or related roles.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Language Require: Good at English or Chinese
