What this job involves
Bringing enhanced comfort and efficiency to the campus
How can you help make employees and visitors alike love our campus? You’ll do so by arranging for regular preventative maintenance and repairs for our facilities, included but not limited scope in area of workplace service/ facilities management, part of action line hotline, innovation program, purchasing and some small project around work areas/campus.
Scheduling for regular services and ensuring all area in campus are in good working order are a few of the tasks you’ll do to spruce up the site facilities.
Managing the stock with smart records, ensuring that spare facilities are available for replacement/repair, and raising timely purchases for urgent issues.Top of Form
Coordinating with operation teams and client to execute innovations of workplace operation services with suitable approach to achieve the expected results.
You’ll keep an eye out for potential emergencies and carry out steps for managing such situations. You’ll also perform established escalation and incident reporting procedures should such an event take place. Being on the lookout for opportunities to reduce costs and improve our operational standards should also come instinctively to you.
In addition, you’ll help mitigate risks by taking part in emergency evacuation procedures, and handling crisis management and business continuity plans. You’ll also be on top of health and safety issues that may arise, and actively participate in reviewing them while managing your assigned scope.
Human Experience and RBA/ Ethic champion
Be HX champion, you’ll work with client to provide and execute the usefull programs about improving/ enhancing the client’s working place.
Be RBA coordinator, central point of contact once RBA audit, Ethic audit and other site non
- technical audits, coordinate and gathering all respondent from vendor ref and other functions team once any audit.

Articulate
Excellent communication and presentation skills (both English and Vietnamese) are vital—both spoken and written—as we’ll expect you to work independently in cascading high-level communications and boosting staff/client satisfaction
Ability to do multi-task.
Willingness to provide backup for other roles within the team if required
Proficiency in the use of technology (List, Power BI, Power Automate, )
Experience working in manufacturing industry is a plus.
