**What you’ll do**

Support the Finance team to collaborate between specialist areas of Finance, internal stakeholders and external service providers. Support business relationships and provide reporting to inform business decision-making. Liaise with external parties on behalf of the business where appropriate.

**Typical Accountabilities**:
**Finance Scope**:

- Provide support and documentation for financial transactions with HSBC/Citibank.
- Prepare drawdowns for loan repayments, extensions, and new loans.
- Manage FX deal payments and intercompany transactions.
- Handle various finance-related tasks such as updating signatories, dealing with the State Bank of VN and accounting reconciliations.
- Prepare and issue invoices for goods and services, ensuring compliance with local regulations and processes.
- Prepare and manage various tax forms including Form 04/TNDN, Form 01/TNDN, VAT/CIT/FCT, and PIT for non-employees.
- Handle tax-related communications with service delivery partners and local tax departments.
- Guide users on tax policies and requirements.

**Travel and Expense (T&E)**:

- Review and reconcile T&E reports and handle VAT-related processes.
- Provide training and support for T&E system and processes.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Manage Coupa workflow platform usage and resolve user queries.
- Assist in IT-related requirements and system issues.
- Handle audit balance confirmations and support external audit processes.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams for contract reviews and alignment.
- Handle administrative tasks related to procurement, travel arrangements, and personal assistance (to the CFO).

**Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience**

**Essential**:

- Previous experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of local tax regulations and financial processes.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and other financial software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Desirable**:

- Specialist financial qualification to support general financial queries.
