**The role, as a part of SSC (Centre of Excellence),**
- The **Data Specialist - Finance Automation** will support the Data Automation team in providing data processing, transformation, and reporting services to Finance COE and related business teams. The role focuses on using Power Query, Power BI, and automation tools to manage large data volumes related to ecommerce. The role will also contribute to dashboard development and continuous improvement using AI and automation technologies.
- Process, clean, and transform large datasets (Retail related reports, billing, settlement) using Power Query.
- Support data flows and reporting pipelines for Finance COE deliverables (MEC, claimback, reconciliations).
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for management and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance COE to understand reporting needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive finance data processes.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data used for reporting and analysis.
- Support ad-hoc data requests from Finance, Country Finance, and Group stakeholders.
- Explore and adapt AI-driven tools to enhance automation and data efficiency.

**Who we look for—the ideal profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, automation, or BI (finance or SSC environment preferred).
- Strong proficiency in **Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.**:

- Experience with data transformation and large-volume datasets.
- Basic understanding of finance/accounting processes is an advantage.
- Curious, tech-savvy, and adaptable to new tools (AI, automation).
- English proficiency required (working level).
