**Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled **Finance Specialist** to join our Ho Chi Minh team to support and work with our accounting team. This person will have strong accounting experience and a passion for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy across the board. If you enjoy working with numbers, conducting financial projections, and collaborating with a global team, this is the role for you

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decisions.
- Conduct revenue projections and margin analysis to assess company performance.
- Perform cost analysis on software-related expenditures to ensure profitability.
- Review and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy according to our billing model.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure that financials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Work closely with global teams to align financial practices and standards.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to drive improvements.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with legal and company financial guidelines.

**Your Skills**:

- Strong experience in accounting and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, margin analysis, and cost analysis.
- Ability to prepare accurate revenue projections and financial forecasts.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Experience working with global teams and understanding international financial practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., **QuickBooks**).
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
