We’re looking for a Finance Documentation & Content Specialist to help capture, document, and package our finance and accounting workflows into clear, easy-to-follow materials. The goal is to turn complex financial processes into practical learning tools, from written SOPs to visual explainers, for our internal bookkeeping and analyst teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with our finance and accounting team to understand real workflows and translate them into structured documentation.
- Create clear SOPs, process maps, and checklists that reflect real operational steps.
- Develop training materials in various formats — written guides, visuals, and short explainer clips when needed.
- Use annotated screenshots and examples to make content more engaging and easier to understand.
- Organize and maintain all materials in ClickUp and shared drives for easy access.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, instructional design, or process documentation.
- Background in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A — familiarity with tools like QBO, Xero, or Google Sheets is a big plus.
- Experience as an Instructional Designer, Technical Writer, or Process Documentation Specialist.
- Proven ability to develop SOPs and structured training materials.
- Comfortable using different media (text, visuals, short videos) to communicate processes.
- Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets, ClickUp, Loom, or Descript.
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for simplifying complex information.
- You design learning experiences that help others do their jobs better.
- Organized, responsive, and proactive communicator.

**Deliverables**:

- Step-by-step SOPs and checklists with screenshots or visuals.
- Process documentation organized by topic or workflow.
- Occasional short explainer videos or annotated screen recordings (when suitable).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: 158,000₫ - 263,000₫ per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
