Junior Instructional Designer

**The Position**

We are seeking a passionate **Junior Instructional Designer** to join our fast-growing online training team. At OPSWAT Academy, our E-Learning platform has achieved tremendous success, and we are excited to welcome a talented individual to help us build on this momentum. As a **Junior Instructional Designer**, you will collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create dynamic and impactful cybersecurity training materials.

**What you will be doing**
- **Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)**: Assist in identifying and organizing content to align with defined learning objectives.
- **Course Development**: Design intuitive and engaging course materials, leveraging tools like Articulate 360: Storyline and Rise to create and revise instructional content.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure course materials meet established standards of excellence.
- **LMS Basic Administration**: Monitor user enrollment and access, while supporting basic administrative tasks on WorkRamp or similar platforms.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for course materials, project progress, and reports.

**What We Need From You**
- **Proficiency in English** with excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with exceptional presentation skills.
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools, such as **Articulate 360** (Storyline and Rise).
- Basic skills in **photo and video editing** to enhance training content.
- A solid foundation in cybersecurity concepts, including penetration testing, blue/red team exercises, and general security principles.
- Genuine passion for technology and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.

**It Would Be Nice If You Have**
- Previous experience in **cybersecurity training** or related fields.
- Experience with **educational technology platforms**.
- Familiarity with **Jira** or other agile workforce management tools.
