Implement recruitment operation.
- Consult with department heads to define needs of department and positions.
- Work closely with department managers to obtain their demands, define job requirements, unique selling points to ensure recruitment service is delivered excellently.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of an effective recruitment process, ensuring the process is consistent with core role competencies in compliance with the company’s service initiative and culture.
- Works with direct reports to establish their annual goals in alignment with corporate strategy and are consistent with role descriptions.
- Analyze, maintain records, and compile statistical reports concerning related data such as new hires, transfers, probation appraisals, turnover rate, budget management etc
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

Build & manage talent pool.
- Build talent pool to source critical and high potential talents in the industry for current and future recruitment.

Manage & implement employer branding.
- Manage employer branding (EB) initiatives: build employer branding action plan, take part in HR Awards, design, update HR information on the company website, company landing pages.
- Plan and control integrated contents, job advertisements monthly via social media platforms.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or equivalent experience in related fields.
- 6 years of experience in progressively responsible positions in corporate recruitment, at least 3 years of experience in similar position in the company with the same scale.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in full - cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding, plus reporting skills (excel, PPT), canvas design
- Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and openness to engage with people.
- Must be able to build strong partnerships and connects with others across the organization to achieve sustainable results.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Expert, able to effectively diagnose problems quickly and work in a group setting to guide towards solutions
- Great communicator - listening, speaking, writing, presenting, influencing, and negotiating.
- Effective coach for executives, managers and employees on appropriate performance and behavior expectations
