Job Description

Talent Acquisition Trainee will support the end-to-end recruitment process and assist the TA team in delivering a seamless talent experience. The role is designed for students or fresh graduates who want to build strong fundamentals in Talent Acquisition within a global, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates across online platforms, communities, and talent pools.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
  • Update and maintain candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and liaise with candidates and hiring managers to secure suitable timeslots.
  • Support drafting and updating job descriptions, as well as posting openings on job boards and social media channels.
  • Participate in recruitment projects, including employer branding, referral programs, job fairs, and campus events.
  • Assist with pre-onboarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and recruitment priorities.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude and strong willingness to grow in Talent Acquisition.
