We are seeking a talented Fullstack Python Developer to join our dynamic team at Findicia, a leading life media platform company in Japan. Our parent company is renowned for offering over 40 services in various life event domains such as jobs, housing, cars, and travel.

We specialize in software development and Internet services, creating multi-product software based on a life media platform. As a Fullstack Python Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced web applications using Python (Django) and related technologies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our technology stack is reliable, scalable, and cutting-edge. This opportunity allows you to not only hone your technical skills but also actively contribute to the company's growth and success.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications by utilizing Python (Django) and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation to ensure proper communication of technical specifications.
  • Mentor and support team members, sharing best practices and troubleshooting technical challenges.
  • Research and implement new technologies, ensuring that our solutions remain competitive and innovative.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and deliverables are up to standard.

Technical Experience:

Must Have:

  • A degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in developing web services using Python (Django).
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and Python.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Experience with SQL/noSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and Docker for containerization.
  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • A 'Can do' attitude and a product mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with web servers such as Apache or Nginx.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud services (e.g., GCP, AWS).
