Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Planning Manager to lead and manage high-quality demand planning processes for our clients. This role will contribute to reliable input to our manufacturing and sourcing operations about regional supply needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the timely execution of daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting activities to achieve the best possible forecast accuracy and value-add metrics.
  • Lead direct meetings with relevant business stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Consolidate regional demand plans by executing core processes: Statistical Forecast Enrichment, New Product Introduction, Promotion Forecasting, Execution of OMP+ Task List, Forecast Consensus Meetings, KPI Reporting, Sales Reporting, and Support the implementation of SEA and/or Regional forecasting process guidelines.
  • Direct project management for assigned initiatives within SEA.
  • Oversee daily inventory and demand planning using SAP and OMP systems.
  • Monitor and review weekly stock availability on all purchase orders to maintain in-stock positions and meet customer demand.
  • Analyze sales patterns, customer demand, and seasonal fluctuations to forecast inventory needs and ensure optimal stock levels across all warehouses in South East Asia.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to order materials, ensuring timely deliveries to meet inventory requirements.
  • Communicate inventory status and performance to management and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • Educational level: University degree with preferred Logistics and Supply Chain management, International Economics (APICS certification as a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in a supply chain planning role (APO / OMP or similar tool knowledge is a plus) within a matrix-organized multinational company.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills (C1 level or higher).
  • Capability to liaise with and influence senior stakeholders to enable the forecast enrichment process.
  • Skilled communicator with a focus on stakeholder involvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good understanding of supply planning principles.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural and virtual environment.
  • Motivated to collaborate in an international environment, with willingness to occasionally travel.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
