As a Service Delivery Manager, Drilling Services, you will manage the service delivery for the assigned area/projects and portfolio of products and services. You will ensure that our company maximizes both short
- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by enabling flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned area.

As a Service Delivery Manager, Drilling Services, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
- Collaborating with sales/commercial teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast (volume and complexity)
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity and by developing Quality plans in line with our job cycle process.
- Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio to ensure we harvest our contracts and collect what we are owed.
- Overseeing the budget and profit/loss for the area of responsibility.
- Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s degree in engineering, scientific discipline or business management from an accredited university
- Have minimum 15 years of experience in Well Construction or Drilling Services Field Operations & Service Delivery
- Have an excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skills
- Able to demonstrate ability to work in a global matrix organization
- Have proven ability to effectively influence and establish credibility with senior leaders
