**Service Delivery Manager - Completion & Well intervention**

As a Service Delivery Manager - Completion & Well Intervention, you’ll ensure flawless execution, on-time delivery, and contract adherence. You’ll ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short
- and long-term revenue and profit opportunities. You’ll coordinate job activities to ensure execution in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. This role is based in HCMC, Vietnam

As a Service Delivery Manager - Completion & Well Intervention, you will be responsible for:

- Protecting the health and safety of our personnel, assets, and the environment.
- Being the business owner that responsible and accountable for CWI business in Vietnam.
- Being the focal point with all internal and external stakeholders including customers in Vietnam relates to CWI business.
- Being responsible to perform coordinator tasks for all CWI jobs in Vietnam. This includes conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
- Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, coordinating, and monitoring all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries.
- Being responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements.
- Being the primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close out, and as such, will manage the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.
- Being familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC / escalation to ensure proper process is applied when there is potential risk of not achieving client’s objectives.
- Ensuring invoices is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or equivalent.
- Have minimum 5 years of prior operations experience in Completion & Well Intervention.
- Have demonstrated relevant experience of managing / supervision in coordinating operations and service delivery.
- Be solution provider and have ability to recognize and resolve problems of complex nature.
- Have understanding in unconventional completion products and services.
- Have good experience in account management.
