Chi tiết công việc của vị trí Trưởng Bộ Phận Tuyến bán hàng & Đào tạo bán hàng thể hiện chi tiết như sau:
Tuyến bán hàng: - Phối hợp với bộ phận CMK và Kinh Doanh để thu thập thông tin tiềm năng của thị trường các khu vực
Đào tạo năng lực bán hàng:
- Xây dựng và thiết kế lộ trình đào tạo, tài liệu đào tạo, phương pháp đào tạo cho đội ngũ bán hàng phù hợp với chiến lược và mô hình kinh doanh của Cty.
- Quản lý và triển khai hoạt động đào tạo hằng năm một cách liên tục, có hiệu quả bằng cách đánh giá và phân tích kết quả sau đào tạo.
**Job Requirements**:
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành về Quản trị Kinh Doanh, Quản trị Nhân lực, Marketing
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực trong đó 2 năm ở vị trí tương đương
- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm thực tế về ngành hàng tiêu dùng nhanh
- Am hiểu sâu về quy trình bán hàng, các nội tại của hoạt động bán hàng, đặc biệt là hàng tiêu dùng nhanh
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm thực chiến bán hàng, đã có kinh nghiệm trực tiếp bán hàng, điều hành quản lý đội ngũ bán hàng
