Capability Building Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Training needs assessment: Base on business needs to identify the needs and build the training strategy and roadmap to Customer Development functions
- Training design and development: Base on Job to be done, decide the training strategy for Customer development and keystateholder. Design annual training calendar and develop content properly
- Training delivery: Act as Trainer or Facilitator for seminar, workshop, courses as required whenever possible. Build the strong relations with training center and coordinate to partners to deliver outsource courses (if yes). Lead the team to ensure rolling out training courses as planned
- Reinforce and transfer: to give input for the design of operational process and tools to reinforce the training effectiveness and ensure the skills and knowledge is transferred to behavior and performance. Transfer materials, knowledge of best practice to partners
- Measurement: To give input to the design of effective tools and process to evaluate the training impact to performance improvement. Constantly get feedback from the CD team to improve the quality of training courses/ materials/ approaches etc. and initiate ideas for improvement.
- Monitor: To update and maintain the training database & Measurement - Monitoring System when possible. To ensure that the implementation of training knowledge is strictly implemented.
- Coach, supervise and manage performance of subordinates. Provide coaching and support for subordinates. Conduct frequent performance review, identify capability gap and help subordinates on career development plan
- Others: To advise if there is any of a third party or training agencies who can provide high quality training courses in respective region. To join in any sales training project as required.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- University Graduate, preferably in Business or Social Sciences.
- Minimum of 8 years-working experience in FMCG organisation, with at least 4 years field experience in the Customer Management function and sales capability building
- Proven people management capabilities.
- Strong influencing skill, problem Solving and Analytical Skill
- Good stakeholder management skill
- Good command of English.
