About the Role
Responsible for implementing programmes to build employees' skills and capabilities to support the future needs of Customer Office, AIA Vietnam
Capability analysis & planning (40%):
- Develop capability gaps and training needs analysis across functions under Customer Office to support our digital & health-led strategy
- Work with department heads & stakeholders (HR, Finance, SMEs ) to build the annual training roadmap, activities & budget for Customer Office
- Design, modify and digitalize training materials, tools and programs and develop, source new ones based on business objectives where required
Training Delivery & Management (50%):
- Co-work with stakeholders to deliver the training to audience, including organizing training events & ensure the quality of training delivery
- Deliver training on customer-servicing processes and customer centricity programs where required
- Monitor employee development and training programmes including evaluation of training for effectiveness and improvements
Other (10%)
- Closely coordinate with enterprise L&D to implement employee development plans and programs
- Performing other responsibilities and duties as assigned by line manager.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrable equivalent experience
- Good command of English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Results orientation; preferable experience in change agent/champion.
- Planning and organization, analysis skills
- Flexible and adaptable; good Team player
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook
