I. EIT Program

Employee-In-Training (EIT) Program is one of our long-term strategies for people development. Our mission is to discover and build up future leaders through a resourceful and exciting training roadmap, where talents are guided to thrive on the business challenges.

II. Job Description
- Complete required learning course and L&D competencies
- Assist on logistics and administration tasks relating to training classes
- Deliver assigned classroom orientation and compulsory training classes
- Effectively use adult learning principles to maximize effectiveness of training
- Schedule, monitor and provide support for any L&D programs or ad hoc activities & events
- Relate course material to actual on the job tasks and ensure development of these competencies
- Provide timely feedback to Management regarding issues relating to gaps in performance
- Evaluate training through multiple measurement levels and methodologies
- Achieve overall high satisfaction ratings for in charged training courses
- Continue to develop and demonstrate effective instructor competencies
- Maintain training records in training database with 100% accuracy
- Attend all required functional or departmental meetings
- Maintain a satisfactory Performance Appraisal rating
- Comply and follow all company procedures
- Work on other assigned projects or tasks

III. Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Good communication skill
- Excellent at English skill (4 modules)
- Problem Solving Skill
- Critical & Positive Thinking
- Can do attitude
- Make timely decisions
- Detail oriented
