- BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH._
- BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development.) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.- Travel arrangement (flight ticket, visa, accommodation, TPS, claim after trips, ect.)
- Handling documents for DHs' approval/signature
- Ordering stationery, and other administration stuffs
- Managing and arranging the assets (laptops, desktops, HDMI, headsets,...) for associates.
- Taking care of Department Meeting
- Following up tasks in Department
- Support for Trade Union Team

**Qualifications**
- 4th-year-student with major in BA, HR, English Commercial
- Interested to work in Admin/ Secretary tasks
- Good English skills (speaking and writing)
- Good knowledge of administration (word, excel, power point)
- No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage
- Personal Skill, Time Management skill, Task management skill
- Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines,
- Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
