**Finance Officer - Hanoi, Vietnam**

Permanent Full Time

Location: Vietnam

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Officer is responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable. You will be working within a small finance team and assisting the two incumbent Finance Officers, to successfully fulfill the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable responsibilities.

**Major Responsibilities**

**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE**
- Inspections sales invoicing.
- Subscriptions invoicing support.
- Debtor Collections and customer engagement.

**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE**
- Supplier invoice coding within our Automated Accounts Payable solution.
- Responding to vendor queries.
- Corporate Credit Cards reconciliation and maintenance.

**ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT**
- Daily Bank reconciliations.
- Accounts inbox management.
- Other general finance and administrative tasks.
- Financial Month End reconciliation items.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience working in multi-national businesses.
- Experience with foreign currency highly regarded.
- Experience with Automated Accounts Payable system highly regarded but not mandatory.
- Sales invoicing experience.
- Understanding of the overall accounting process, not just task driven.
