Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is the person who is responsible to the General Director for all matters related to the company's finances. The CFO must establish strategies, goals, policies, processes, plans and implement those strategies, plans must ensure that the financial accounting structure of the company is stable and developed.
Main job:
Management Report & Business Planning Budget:

- Organize the coordination with the departments to prepare business plan, budget according to the direction of the General Director, BOD.
- Lead the discussion, finalize the Business Plan, Budget, submit to the General Director, BOD for approval
- Propose measures to control the Budget and guide the departments to control costs according to the approved budget.
- Directing the implementation of management reports, periodical financial reports, approving reports and submitting to BOD

Maintain accounting activities in compliance with accounting regulations and principles:

- Monitor compliance with accounting principles to limit tax violations
- Supervising the completion of self-made financial statements and annual audit reports in accordance with regulations
- Make decisions to solve problems when there are problems in the coordination process of accounting and related departments
- Analyze the financial situation of the business to come up with appropriate strategies.
- Evaluate capital structure and choose optimal funding for business activities
- Establish relationships with the Bank, and credit institutions in the preparation of information, plans to build credit lines.
- Searching for new sources of capital to expand the limit for business activities
- Periodically forecasting and controlling cash flows, ensuring the Company's liquidity and cost of capital efficiency and risk warning
- Maintain liquidity and financial resources for the company

Managing financial and business risks:

- Identify risks, analyze and evaluate current and potential risks that affect the company's finances or operations and propose solutions to overcome and limit risks.
- Monitor all legal matters related to the company and legal issues affecting the industry
- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Control the implementation of business processes according to the corresponding risk limits

Evaluate investment opportunities:

- Evaluate investment opportunities as required by BOD
- Act as the focal point to perform tasks related to the evaluation of long-term investment projects (financial appraisal, capital preparation, coordination with relevant departments to complete procedures)

**Job Requirements**:
Education, Experience:

- University graduate or higher (regular system) majoring in Finance and Accounting.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Auditing, Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Investment Analysis
- Have held management positions for at least 3 years

Knowledge:

- Understanding of organizational structure, general management policy
- Having expert knowledge in the field of accounting - finance and management reporting system
- Strong financial analysis skills.

Skills & Abilities:

- 10 years of experience in the financial sector
- Is a person who has the ability to synthesize, analyze and make sound financial plans / decisions to help preserve and develop the assets of the business.
- Good ability to anticipate and manage risks
- Being decisive, outspoken, with good management ability
