**Purpose of role**:
This is a crucial role to lead the Blackmores expansion in Vietnam for VDS and Infant Formula Business. The role will be responsible for the development/operation of sales and the supply chain within Vietnam. This role will lead a team of 3.

**Responsibilities include**:
**Leadership & Strategy**
- Identify opportunities for growth of Blackmores business in Vietnam
- Develop & implement operational strategics aligned with the company goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the team fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective action as needed to achieve financial targets

**Sales**
- Build & maintain strong relationships with distributors & key customers
- Negotiate and close business deals which align with the Company’s strategic goals.
- Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Develop, execute, and deliver sales plans

**Supply Chain Management**
- Oversee the demand planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution working closely with distributors and internal team
- Optimise operations to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery and high-quality standards

**Team Leadership**
- Demonstrate strong leadership and promote the values, image and role of Blackmores to all team members; demonstrate behaviors consistent with company values
- Operationalises strategy into clear, specific and achievable objectives and pursues goals with discipline & commercial rigor
- Demonstrates an owner’s mentality and is accountable for the result
- Sets clear accountabilities. Celebrates wins, learns from experiences and recognise impactful work

**Who are you?**
- Relevant Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, supply chain or a related role in Vietnam
- Strong understanding of the business landscape & cultural nuances of business operations in Vietnam
- Experience in pharmaceutical, food, infant formula or related industry desirable
- Working knowledge of the Vietnam regulatory environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese & English is highly desirable
- Well-developed people leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to grow a high performing team.
- Strong strategic thinking and executional skills, capable of building for simplicity, scale and repeatability
- A team player with strong skills in the areas of influencing, motivation, relationship building, and communication.
