**ABOUT THE POSITION**
- Come up with production planning for the production department ahead of time for next year/quarter/month, track the actual data vs. the forecast and adjust accordingly and effectively per quarter/month.
- Forecast workload trends and work with Production Managers to mitigate any potential idling period for production team.
- Work with Global Planner and BD to get new projects/opportunities to fulfill the teams' resources capacity and meet billable KPI.
- Collaborate with other Studio Planners for workload allocation on a Group level.
- Mon itor new projects/opportunities, track and ensure timely completion of all bidding activities.
- Analyze the scope, objectives, and requirements of new potential projects and update to Production Managers and Producer Leads.
- Work with Production Managers and Producer Leads and ADs/ AADs to come up with suggestions to BDs for bringing more opportunities and production potentials.
- Anticipate possible production needs to plan training or develop new product offering approach with the Art Leaders of each discipline.
- Work with HR for the upcoming training and resource (artists) recruitment plans.
- Synthesize, analyze data and report the production efficiency of each team periodically to the production head.
- Summarize and prepare periodic reports on human resource utilization and future human resource utilization plans based on job needs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Sales or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or related experience in production, marketing, sales, logistics and/ or supply chain.
- G ood planning skills in both project and people management.
- Excellent communication skills (in both Vietnamese and English).
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Proactive & flexible. Highly responsible.
- Experience in Sales/ Marketing field is a plus.
