**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**
- Xử lý sự cố, chẩn đoán, giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến người dùng (End-user)
- Khắc phục các lỗi liên quan đến phần cứng PC, laptop, máy in, photocopy, scan
- Xử lý sự cố liên quan mạng (Internet, LAN, Printer, Camera)
- Chuẩn bị trang thiết bị và hỗ trợ trong suốt quá trình hội họp
- Biết cách sử ɖụng hệ thống quản lý ticket (quản lý yêu cầu)
- Cập nhật tài liệu IT, User Guide.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng, Đại học chuyên ngành CNTT
- Từ 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm tương đương
- Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm văn phòng (MS Team, Word, Excel)
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và xử lý tình huống tốt
- Ưu tiên những ứng viên đã từng làm ca đêm tại các nhà máy.
