GA Governance Manager (Quản lý Quản trị Văn phòng Tổng đại lý)

This role takes charge of governance of local business network which cover the operation and support services of around 350 general agency offices (GA) nationwide including:

- Focusing on the governance and regulatory compliance aspects critical to maintaining the standards of PVA and Group
- Tập trung vào việc quản trị và khía cạnh tuân thủ pháp chế nhằm duy trì tiêu chuẩn của PVA và Tập đoàn
- Be responsible for overseeing the governance framework that ensures GA operations are conducted in accordance with internal protocols and applicable regulations.

Chịu trách nhiệm xem xét đánh giá việc làm đúng theo khuôn khổ cho phép giúp bảo đảm hoạt động GA luôn nằm trong qui chuẩn nội bộ và các qui định luật pháp hiện hành
- To collaborate with various departments to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Phối hợp với nhiều phòng ban khác nhau nhằm phát hiện kịp thời các rủi ro tiềm ẩn và triển khai các chiến lược giảm thiểu rủi ro hiệu quả
- Comprehensive understanding of governance principles, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of PVA & Group.

Thấu hiểu những nguyên tắc về quản tri song song với kỹ năng trao đổi hiệu quả với từng cấp bậc trong PVA và tập đoàn
- Will be working closely with various stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, internal compliance teams, and insurance GA themselves, to foster a thorough understanding of governance protocols and facilitate training programs that elevate the standards of PVA agency practices.

Hợp tác làm việc với nhiều phòng ban, các bên liên quan, bao gồm các bộ phận về pháp chế. Tuân thủ nội bộ và các TĐL nhằm mục đích bồi dưỡng sự hiểu biết các qui chuẩn về quản trị và thực hiện các chương trình huấn luyện dễ hiểu, nâng cao hơn nữa các thông lệ tiêu chuẩn của PVA

Role of GA Governance is accountable and responsible for:
Vai trò của Quản trị GA chịu trách nhiệm về:

- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Giam sát theo dõi việc tuân thủ các yêu cầu pháp chế và chính sách nội bộ
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of GA activities.
Thực hiện các đợt kiểm toán thường xuyên và đánh giá các hoạt động của kênh GA
- Provide training and support to GA on governance-related matters.
Cung cấp các buổi huấn luyện và hỗ trợ GA liên quan đến các vấn đề về quản trị
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulatory changes.
Phối hợp với bộ phận pháp chế và tuân thủ đảm bảo luôn cập nhật theo sát các thay đổi của luật pháp
- Analyze governance metrics and generate reports for management review.
Phân tích các ma trận về quản trị và trích xuất báo cáo để cấp trên xem xét đánh giá
- Facilitate communication between GAs and PVA senior management
Làm cầu nối trao đổi giữa hệ thống TĐL và ban lãnh đạo
- The ability to travel is essential for this role, as it may require visiting different locations within the territory to conduct meetings, training sessions, or inspections
Khả năng di chuyển, công tác là cần thiết bao gồm việc thăm viếng ở nhiều địa điểm ở cac địa phương khác nhau trong khu vực quản lý với mục đích tham dự các buổi họp mặt, khóa huấn luyện và cả các đợt khảo sát, kiểm tra

**GA Audit Management**:

- Conduct audits in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements to assess operational efficiency and compliance.
Thực thi các đợt kiểm toán theo yêu cầu với các hướng dẫn rõ ràng, các yêu cầu pháp lý đầy đủ nhằm đánh giá tính hiệu quả của hoạt động và tuân thủ
- Analyze audit findings and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations for management.
Phân tích các lỗi trong báo cáo kiểm toán, chuẩn bị báo cáo toàn diện và các đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục cho ban giam đốc
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the audit process
Duy trì sợi dây liên lạc hiệu quả và tích cực với tất cả các bên liên quan ở nội bộ cũng như đối tác trong quá trình kiểm toán
**GA operations management**:

- Support other function in engaging GA network (GAD and staff) in building Prudential's reputation & business success through various activities in terms of customer services and agency support.
