Mục tiêu:
Responsible for overseeing and managing an organization‘s data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and compliance with regulations. This role leads a data governance team experts and involves developing and implementing policies, processes, and procedures related to data management as well as regulatory and VIB standards, collaborating with various departments, and leading a team of data governance professionals

Trách nhiệm:
Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives;
Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures. Develop and oversee data privacy and security policies and procedures;
Develop and implement data quality metrics and monitoring processes ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data across the organization;
Establish a robust data ownership, data domain, data catalog and metadata management system, etc ;
Perform regular monitoring activities to identify and resolve data quality issues (e.g., duplicates, inconsistencies, missing values) across multiple systems and databases;
Provide training, coaching, and support to colleagues on data governance best practices, tools, and techniques;
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field;
Experience: 5+ years of experience in data management/ data governance or similar role within the life insurance industry or other relevant financial services sector. 3+ years in a senior management position;
Technical skills: strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and/or SAS for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization;
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes of data quality issues and develop effective solutions;
Familiarity with data management tools such as Data360, Informatica, Databrick Unity Catalog, Azure Data Factory, or other relevant software packages;
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization;
Compliance and data security: Deep understanding of regulations related to data security and privacy, as well as experience in implementing data security measures;
Leadership and management skills: Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and manage complex projects.
