Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience or computer science, IT, or related qualification or related fields.
- Minimum 6+ years working in digital marketing, of which: (a) 3+ years in a high-tech B2B demand generation; (b) 3+ years of work experience in Marketing Automation.
- Hands-on experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using Marketing Automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in Digital Performance Marketing (Facebook, Google, Tiktok,)
- Ability to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Great time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage web analytics reporting and measurement for the AGS marketing content site, create dashboards that enable marketers to measure the effectiveness of their channels and/or programs, and maintain a rigid testing culture while executing A/B tests to drive towards business goals.
- Develop and execute various website tests to drive acquisition, engagement, and traffic improvements.
- Regularly audit web analytics implementation to ensure data accuracy, and work with development teams to address issues and/or recommend new tracking capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to refine our understanding of the search space and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Translate analytical findings, channel insights into actionable insights and concise business actions and recommendations.
- Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using Marketing Automation tools.
- Track record of developing and optimization Paid Media campaigns.
- Knowledge of testing and measurement practices to optimize ROI and evolve strategy.
- Extensive Salesforce and Tableau experience preferred.
- A team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
