Job description:
- Ensuring configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support associated service management processes.
- Developing and maintaining the configuration management database (CMDB) to ensure that configuration items and processes are current.
- Leads, educates, and mentors key stakeholders on developing and maintaining configuration management services, concepts, policies and procedures to deliver accurate reporting and metrics as needed.
- Facilitates configuration management audits ensuring that all information within the CMDB is accurate and up to date to promote continuous platform improvement.
- Ensuring that appropriate views of the CMDB are maintained and made available to those for whom they are targeted to promote data governance and integrity.
- Providing advice and support during system deployments to ensure that change impacts across configuration items are understood and managed.
- Ensuring that the information within the configuration management database is adequately protected and backed up to ensure system availability and contingency.

**Yêu cầu**:

- 5 + years’ experience in a related technical discipline or Configuration Management
- Knowledge of the Product Lifecycle Management skills
- Configuration Management process skills
- Leadership, Negotiation, and Coordination skills
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management Tools
- Understanding of Systems Engineering culture
- ITIL certification or equivalent certifications in incident management;
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology security or related field preferred but not required
