- Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for complex solutions
- Drive the development of comprehensive and professional technical documentation, including but not limited to API documentation, architecture diagrams, project plans, and strategic roadmaps
- Lead and mentor teams of architects and engineers, enhancing their skills and capabilities through regular feedback and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with project management and business analysis teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction

**Yêu cầu**:

- Experience in building the solution with cloud-native & hybrid env ( Azure, GCP, on-premise ).
- Experience in design for large-scale and high-demand systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in some programming languages: Java,.NET.
- Experience with various database engines: SQL, NoSQL, Oracle..
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively across diverse audiences and organizational levels
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to anticipate future technology trends and their impact on current and future projects
- Fluent in English communication
