- Oversee and manage the entire procure-to-pay process within the organization to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Lead a team of procurement and accounts payable professionals, ensuring high levels of performance and development.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize spending and supplier management.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration and operation of procurement and payment systems.
- Monitor the procurement system for compliance with contractual agreements and budgets.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and handle issues and disputes.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement and payment activities to senior management.
- Ensure that the team adheres to financial policies and legislation.

Essential Skills
- Expertise in managing procurement cycles and understanding of best practices in procure-to-pay processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of improving terms and reducing costs.
- Experience in implementing and optimizing procurement and financial systems.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with suppliers and across departments.

Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly those with strong PTP modules like SAP or Oracle.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and financial forecasting.
- Background in project management and change management.

- Proven experience as a PTP Team Lead or similar managerial role in procurement or finance.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing tasks and team performance both remotely and in-office.
