- Since then, we have expanded our portfolio beyond fashion and into various luxury fields including watches, jewelry and audio-visual technology brands including Patek Philippe, Hermès, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Chopard, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Bang & Olufsen. Tam Son currently operates a network of more than 50 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group._

MarCom Lead is responsible for handling a wide range of projects and for the brand's communication and branding by serving them as the primary contact point and coordinator for all the local activities. providing suitable marketing and communication campaigns, and liaising between brand and internal resources to ensure the efficiency of outcomes. Main responsibilities include fashion brands and digital projects of the group Openasia and Tam Son.

**1. Research market and communication trends as well as client’s informatio**
- Observe and capture market and communication trends, especially in relating fields
- Acquire understanding about the client’s product or service, the market and its consumers - and understand their objectives in terms of sales, market-share, brand awareness and positioning

**2. Act as key contact point for the brand for management and execution**
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent interaction
- Develop a detailed project plan, monitor progress and provide end-to-end project management
- Understand larger financial picture and the impacts of marcom activities on client’s overall performance
- Manage client’s expectations and interpret client’s feedback for change or improvement

**3. Coordinate with other departments and team members**
- Oversee various execution stages and ensure adequate resources to meet projects’ deadlines, maximizing internal interests and external profits
- Create organized and clear communications at all levels and across all departments
- Develop team members by coaching, training, and identifying areas of growth

**4. Digital Project Manager**
- MKT Automation Strategy and coordinator
- Communication leader in brands development on ecommerce platforms or their own website

**5. Other tasks assigned by the line manager**
- Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested

JOB REQUIREMENT

**1. Core Competencies**
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Creative thinking, good communication, and motivation
- Team work and responsibility

**2. Skills**
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in verbal and in writing (Both Vietnamese and English)
- Desk research and analysis skills
- Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred

**3. Knowledge & Qualification**
- Experience: With at least 3 years of marketing communications experiences
- Education: BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Knowledge: High
- end product market, Experience in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding,
products, distribution )
