Tam Son International Joint Stock Company is a member of the Openasia Group, a multi-industry investment group established in 1994 in Vietnam. Tam Son was initially founded in 2005 with a mission to bring global luxury fashion brands to Vietnam.

Tam Son currently operates a network of 60 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.

**SCOPE OF WORK**

The HR Intern performs various administrative tasks and support HR department’s day-to-day activities
- Update company databases by inputting new employee records.
- Assist in helping new hires regarding of onboard/ offboard process.
- Support in managing labour contract and its relevant documents.
- Make sure collect all the required documents of employees to prove for audit if needed.
- Assist line manager to execute internal communication to make sure consistant internal communication inside company.
- Assist the HR team in organizing related activities or special company events required (Support for payment documents, working with suppliers, running events such as Teambuilding, Year-end Party,).
- Responding to staff inquiries about HR-related matters.
- Prepare monthly timekeeping reports.
- Other assignments as requested.
