SCOPE OF WORK
1. Research and stay up-to-date on market information and communication trends
Nghiên cứu và cập nhật thông tin thị trường và xu hướng truyền thông
Observe and collect information on brand' products and services.
Quan sát và thu thập thông tin về các sản phẩm và dịch vụ của thương hiệu.
Be well versed in all agencies' systems/procedures and keep updated on marketing and communication trends.
Thông thạo tất cả các hệ thống/ quy trình và luôn cập nhật các xu hướng tiếp thị và truyền thông.
Keep the team fully abreast of all competitive advertising and press coverage of the brands, their competitors, and the market place.
Giữ cho nhóm nắm bắt được đầy đủ tất cả các quảng cáo cạnh tranh và báo chí đưa tin về các thương hiệu, đối thủ cạnh tranh của họ và thị trường.
2. Act as the key coordinator of the Marcom team for brand management and marketing/ communication execution
Đóng vai trò là điều phối viên chính của nhóm Marcom để quản lý thương hiệu và thực hiện tiếp thị/ truyền thông
Ensure the superior quality service and experiential communications ideas are delivered timely and executed effectively to brands.
Đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ vượt trội và các ý tưởng truyền thông trải nghiệm được cung cấp kịp thời và thực thi hiệu quả cho thương hiệu.
Be the main contact between the Marcom team and other internal departments (including operation and back office teams) to ensure the efficiency of all marketing and communication activities for brands.
Là đầu mối liên hệ chính giữa nhóm Marcom và các bộ phận nội bộ khác (bao gồm cả nhóm vận hành và bộ phận hỗ trợ) để đảm bảo hiệu quả của tất cả các hoạt động tiếp thị và truyền thông cho thương hiệu.
Seek, work closely, and well manage suppliers on issues relating to the efficient administration of the brands.
Tìm kiếm, hợp tác chặt chẽ và quản lý tốt các nhà cung cấp về các vấn đề liên quan đến việc quản lý hiệu quả các thương hiệu.
Take responsibility for invoice control/estimation and queries in liaison with the Marcom department and other departments.
Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát / ước tính hóa đơn và các truy vấn trong mối liên hệ với bộ phận Marcom và các bộ phận khác.
3. Assist Marcom Manager during the execution:
Hỗ trợ Trưởng phòng trong quá trình thực hiện:
Assist individuals and team among Marcom team in the preparation of materials for brands' meeting and regular reports.
Hỗ trợ các cá nhân và nhóm trong nhóm Marcom trong việc chuẩn bị tài liệu cho cuộc họp của thương hiệu và các báo cáo thường xuyên.
Assist to formulate and implement effective communication to brands.
Hỗ trợ xây dựng và thực hiện giao tiếp hiệu quả với thương hiệu.
4. Other administration tasks

Communicate between brands and team to complete contracts, billings, pitching documents, etc.

Deliver reports, analysis, and other tasks as requested
Cung cấp báo cáo, phân tích và các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu

REQUIREMENTS:
6-month full-time internship (Monday-Friday)/ Thực tập full-time trong vòng 6 tháng (Thứ 2-Thứ 6)
BA degree in Communications, Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines/ Bằng Cử nhân về Truyền thông, Quảng cáo, Kinh doanh, Tiếp thị hoặc các ngành liên quan
