- Với hệ thống hơn 50 cửa hàng bán lẻ tại các vị trí trung tâm ở Hà Nội và Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Tam Sơn tự hào giữ vững vị trí đi đầu trong ngành bán lẻ hàng xa xỉ tại Việt Nam và đóng góp quan trọng vào sự phát triển của Tập đoàn Openasia._

Trưởng nhóm kho chịu trách nhiệm thực hiện các nhiệm vụ như quản lý hàng hóa trong kho và cửa hàng, tiếp nhận và xử lý hàng hóa nhập-xuất, chọn và điền đơn hàng từ kho, đơn hàng vận chuyển; quản lý, sắp xếp và truy xuất kho hàng và các hoạt động khác.
- Chủ động hỗ trợ xây các quy trình vận hành và quy trình quản lý hàng hóa hiệu quả, phù hợp với thực tế cửa hàng.
- Chịu trách nhiệm hàng hoá trong kho: đảm bảo đủ, chính xác; quản lí hàng hóa ra vào từ kho cửa hàng hàng, từ sales floor lên bill.
- Chủ động, phối hợp với cửa hàng kiểm kê theo tuần/ tháng.
- Phối hợp với Trưởng cửa hàng và các bộ phận liên quan để giải quyết các vấn đề sai lệch hàng hóa, cân đo hàng,..
- Chịu trách nhiệm nhận hàng và làm hàng mới. Phối hợp với kho tổng chuyển/ nhận hàng hoá liên quan đến cửa hàng, kiểm đếm, nhận slip, bàn giao, theo dõi chặt chẽ chứng từ liên quan đến vận chuyển hàng hóa,..
- Sắp xếp hàng hóa gọn gàng, hợp lý, dễ tìm trong kho.
- Quản lí Runners: Xây dựng lịch làm việc, đảm bảo đủ nhân sự mỗi ngày.
- Nắm rõ các kiến thức về sản phẩm tại cửa hàng để thuận tiện trong việc theo dõi hàng hóa.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Nam
- Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm về quản lý kho.
- Ưu tiên đối với ứng viên biết tiếng Anh, có thể đọc hiểu sản phẩm.
- Có thể làm việc theo ca
- Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng.
- Có khả năng giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh.
- Trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình, làm việc có trách nhiệm.
- Có khả năng phân tích và đánh giá được tính chất công việc.
- Chịu được áp lực trong công việc.
