Tam Son International JSC is a member of the Openasia Group, a multi-industry investment group established in 1994 in Vietnam. Tam Son was initially founded in 2005 with a mission to bring global luxury fashion brands to Vietnam.

Since then, we have expanded our portfolio beyond fashion and into various luxury fields including watches, jewelry and audio-visual technology brands including Patek Philippe, Hermès, Vacheron Constantin, Piaget, Chopard, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, Hugo Boss, Kenzo, Bang & Olufsen. Tam Son currently operates a network of 30 stores in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The company plays an important role in the development of Openasia Group.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Participate in developing and proposing updates to policies, procedures, and guiding documents for the implementation of talent acquisition./ _Tham gia xây dựng và đề xuất cập nhật các chính sách, quy trình, văn bản hướng dẫn triển khai công tác thu hút nhân tài._

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Work experience in headhunter and mass recruitment in retail industry/ _Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực headhunter và tuyển dụng mass trong ngành bán lẻ_
- Familiar with social media platforms, Linkedln, and professional network/ _Quen thuộc với các nền tảng truyền thông xã hội, LinkedIn và các nền tảng chuyên nghiệp_
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods/ _Có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng full-cycle, sử dụng các kỹ thuật phỏng vấn và phương pháp đánh giá khác nhau_
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills/ _Giao tiếp tốt và có các kỹ năng xã hội_
- A strong can-do attitude with a strong drive for results/ _Thái độ dám làm mạnh mẽ với động lực mạnh mẽ để đạt được kết quả_
- Willing to go beyond functional boundaries/ _Sẵn sàng vượt ra khỏi ranh giới chức năng_
