The Team

Printify is a leading print-on-demand platform that empowers individuals and businesses to bring their creative ideas to life. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Vietnam. As an SDR at Printify, you will play a crucial role in expanding our merchant base, driving revenue growth, and helping businesses succeed in the e-commerce space.

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Merchant Acquisition**:

- Identify and reach out to potential merchants who can benefit from using Printify.
- Educate potential merchants on the value and benefits of using Printify over other POD platforms.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
- ** Onboarding Support**:

- Assist merchants in the onboarding process, guiding them through the steps to start selling with Printify.
- Provide information and resources to help merchants set up their accounts, upload products, and start fulfilling via Printify.
- Offer support and solutions to any challenges or questions that may arise during the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the Success & Customer support teams to ensure a smooth support and transition for new merchants.
- ** Feedback sharing**:

- Gather feedback from potential merchants regarding their needs, pain points, and objections.
- Share this feedback with the team to contribute to business & product improvements.
- ** Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the Marketing team, Success team, Support team, and Vietnam team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2-year experience in Sales or Business Development roles.
- Proficiency in Sales & CRM tools such as Pipedrive, Yesware, or similar.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well in English.
- Knowledge of e-commerce and print-on-demand is a big plus.
- Network in the field of Print-on-demand & Dropshipping in Vietnam is a big plus.
