International Sales Representative

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our international customer base.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and solutions, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and production, to ensure timely delivery of products and address customer inquiries and concerns.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and enhance competitiveness.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports to management, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients, partners, and stakeholders, embodying our core values of integrity, quality, and kindness.
Complement other tasks occationally
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with diverse clients and cultures.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
