The Trans Srvcs Intm Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for providing analytic and administrative support to various securities related functions, in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The overall objective of this role is to support traders, maintain position records, and improve process efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to Treasury and Trade services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange, etc.
- Open and amend Letters of Credit (L/Cs), process payments and solve customer issues to ensure efficient daily operations
- Create customized reporting and monitor errors to ensure adherence to audit and control policies
- Respond to requests and deliverables with internal and external clients and vendors
- Resolve problems independently and utilize independent judgment to conduct complex analysis of information
- Participate in ad hoc projects including providing informal guidance or training to new team members as directed

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in a related role
- Relevant Degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

The payment processing Manager is responsible for handling the Payment Operations and Loan Operations of transaction processing. The overall objective of this role is to maintain the transaction processing and monitor the Operation of payment & Loan management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Loan Operations:

- Monitor consumer loan process. Included system process, loan purpose control, loan contract verifying
- Loan on credit balance control.
- Post-disbursement fulfilment process.
- Physical loan form filing, and fulfillment to the clients.
- Annual loan procedure review or new process / regulatory updated.
- Included RCIP, RCPL, LOP & Paylite
- Payment Operations:

- Monitoring FCY incoming funds for GCG clients’ accounts, including FCY incoming funds to be credited to VND accounts as per Cir 16 of SBV regulation.
- Closely communicate with legal / compliance to resolve on case by case basis.
- Monitor and update matrix doxc.
- Directly communicate with customer for any complex cases out of maker control.
- Timely report and escalate unclear case to unit head, department head or and related parties.
- Beneficiary name checking for card payment.
- Secured card payment.
- Financial adjustment.
- Credit balance refund.
- CBOL/MBOL payment return, card payment return, and payment discrepancy handling.
- Merchant payment: Payoo, Grab Moca
- Annual procedure review or new process / regulatory updated.

**Requirements**:

- Holds a Degree preferably in Banking / Systems Management.
- At least 5 years of working experience in related area.
- Strong knowledge of systems and Operations Processes.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Interpersonal skills - The role entails frequent interaction with peers, internal customers across units and functions. The ability to work together with others is critical
- Understand the requirement from product and market.
- Be able to build up procedure with risk assessment, control point and financial monitoring.
- Understand and be able to carry out any new regulatory. Included SBV and regional requirement.
- Exposure to software such as MS Access / MS Word / MS Excel (Visual Basic is an advance).
- Flexible working timing.
- Advance English skills (communication skill is mandatory).
