**The opportunity

**Responsibilities**:
**Payment process**
- Manage payment workload to meet operational requirement
- Ensure payment is processed in an accurate, compliant and timely manner
- Be the reviewer all payments before getting approval
- Manage payments as scheduled.
- Follow up on all kind of payments for active agents or partners and finalization payment for terminated agents
- Manage JV, reconciliation with general ledger
- Manage and handle receivable and payable amount effectively & productively
- Manage agent debt, including doing debt provision and write-off

**Handling Personal Income tax for agents**
- Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
- Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income: tax returns, tax finalization
- Manage and coordinate tax audits
- Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
- Identify and mitigate tax risks
- Ensure to maintain tax balances on general ledger
- Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
- Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices

**Risk Management**
- Conduct risk assessment and advise on ways to minimize risk
- Advise on problems and suggest improvements
- Maintain Internal control & double check role in place and frequency
- Review and recommend improvements on payroll policies and procedure

**Other tasks**
- Other tasks and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
- Handle directly complicated cases.
- Liaise with auditors: internal, external, regional audit team.
- Maintain and develop systems to process payroll account transactions (autopay, taxes and debt management)
