**Job search profile for: Service **M**anager**
The position will directly report to Country Business Head while managing a team of 6 members (service engineer) and 1 spare part and service coordinator. The others are sales and admin members.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Developing Engel spare parts and service sales within Vietnam
- Managing engineer’s schedules and plans resources for installations of new machines, upgrades and additional services.
- Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
- Customers single point of contact for service requests and support and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally.
- Provide Hotline 1st level support and local Technical Support and interface with our factories in Austria, China and Korea.
- Services administration including collection of working hours, expenses, preparation of quotations, PO’s and invoicing and assists with or performs other administrative tasks.
- Managing spare parts administration to ensure quickest response for customer requests.
- Actively drives and supports ‘After Sales Products’ and ‘Service activities’.
- Plan engineers training activities and keep the skills mapping updated.
- Assists with or performs administrative tasks.
- 10-15% of time in the field to support high load periods, on-site training as necessary
**Preferred profile**:
- Bachelor Degree with Technical background and experience in plastic machine, preferably hands-on experience on injection molding machine.
- Senior management position
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a customer service position.
- Proven track record in customer service and employee management.
- Experience in a similar position in a supervisory/management capacity.
- Fully autonomous individual used to work in small structures (with the support of a global group).
- Self-Motivated.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Strong managerial capacity in a participative leadership style.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Male, from 35YO to 45YO.
**Remuneration & others**:
- Yearly cellphone allowance up to VND 9,600,000
- Hours of work: From 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (1-hour break) from Monday to Friday.
- 15-day annual leave.
- Company special holiday: 25 December
- Health and accident insurance, covering outpatient and hospitalization.
- Annual medical check-up.
- All expenses related to business reimbursed against justification.
