**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

Bạn sẽ đồng hành cùng Bộ phận Tuyển dụng của HIMCOM, phụ trách về các hoạt động tuyển dụng của Công ty
- Tiếp nhận các yêu cầu tuyển dụng của Line Manager và các phòng ban trong Công ty, lập các kế hoạch tuyển dụng, điều phối và tổ chức thực hiện các kế hoạch;
- Trực tiếp phỏng vấn ứng viên dựa trên các tiêu chí tuyển dụng;
- Thông báo kết quả phỏng vấn cho ứng viên trúng tuyển;
- Tham gia thiết lập các tiêu chí và bảng mô tả công việc của các vị trí;
**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Từ 2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm tuyển khối Mass hoặc khối Back-Office
- Có kỹ năng tạo nguồn và tiếp cận ứng viên
- Tốt nghiệp các chuyên ngành Nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh hoặc các chuyên ngành có liên quan;
- Có khả năng đánh giá con người, có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, năng động, sáng tạo, kiên trì, có ý chí cầu tiến;
- Khả năng xử lý vấn đề tốt, nhạy bén trong tuyển dụng;
- Có khả năng thống kê, phân tích báo cáo về hoạt động tuyển dụng;
- Nhanh nhẹn, chuyên nghiệp và nhiệt tình trong tác phong làm việc.
