General Job Description
- Perform Business development activities such as finding business opportunities, receiving feedback from customers and resolving customer requests/complaints, researching and proposing new business products, researching investment and expanding business opportunities.

Job objectives
- Develop business sources, prepare all the necessary content/requirement to reach customer demand to get opportunity for offers/proposal and other opportunities to meet Sales & Business Development target, satisfy customers' requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set sales quotas, create business plans, analyze data - target customer by business sector of Company and submit to Management for approval;
- Find business chances/opportunities, approach and create the cooperate with Clients, arrange the appointment/meeting to approach Clients;
- Prepare and update database of Clients, Partner regularly, report the updated Database monthly;
- Make plan and arrange cooperation plan with Partner under instruction of direct manager;
- Perform analysis the identify emerging markets and market shifts, new products and competition status of competitors;
- Coordinate with relevant departments/sections to develop ideas, plans, build proposals, present and persuade Clients;
- Development and implement company marketing plans;
- Develop and implement regular customer care programs, receive customer feedback and report to manager to find measures to meet the Customer's requirements;
- Prepare other report under instruction of Manager;
- Coordinate and support colleagues to fulfill their department's overall target and plans;
- Report the results of work assigned to Manager weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually;
- Perform other jobs as required by the department manager;
- Comply with laws and regulations of the Company.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field and 5 - 7 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Companies.
- Proficient English Speaker with Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets;
- Proven communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong skills in building and developing customer relationships;
- Strong time management and planning skills;
- The ability to think strategically;
- The ability to analyze sales figures and write reports;
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, PowerPoint/ Excel/ Projects;
- Experience in using ERP system, CRM software would be beneficial.

- Responsibility in work;
- Friendly;
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic;
- High degree of honesty/integrity, persuasiveness and passion;
- Under 40 years old is preferred.
