**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**

**Bizman Sky**- a spectacular rooftop lounge located in Saigon will be opening soon. Bizman Skyserves a wide range of breakfast, brunch, biz-lunch, and relaxed dinners with well liquors. Being wholly owned and operated by Huge-Fam, Bizman Skywill be a welcoming space where business professionals can build business networking to share ultimate business opportunities to mingle friendly conversations with nights of mesmerizing music, unique menus, and cool 360-views of the city from the rooftop of a 15 story building.

In order to prepare a strongly professional team who well operates Bizman Sky, we are seeking right persons for the following positions:
**Sale Supervisor**
- To build business plan and execution plan to expand the market/ business activities for Bizman Sky-Restaurant & Lounge;
- To create effective business plans to generate more revenue;
- To research new markets and predict customers’ future needs;
- To ensure business targets: predicting and developing annual business targets, adjusting selling price by checking price, competition, supply and demand. Balance revenue targets for each sales channel;
- Actively identify and generate prospects through sales strategies focusing on customers in target markets;
- To develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve revenue targets and expand customer base;
- To negotiate cooperation package with supplier and partner;
- To identify organizational strategic goals, build key accounts relationship, and identify business opportunities;
- To perform forecasting analysis revenue and present the results to BODs per month.

**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**

**II. Requirements**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or another related field
- Strong in FMCG field;
- At least 2-3 years' experience in Sale or Business Development;
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skill;
- Work independently and self-motivated and highly integrity;
- Open and direct, trust worthy, loyal and is ethical;
