The Business Marketing Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and increasing market share with existing customers, meeting annual targets, and ensuring high-quality customer service through the supervision of the team. This role serves as the first point of escalation for customer queries and problems, and closely monitors volume and KPI to ensure that team performance aligns with budget expectations.
- Sales:

- Develop and maintain market share with existing customers to meet annual targets.
- Provide tools and training for the Business Marketing team to deliver quality customer service.
- Generate leads and present business proposals to potential customers.
- Handle RFQs and tenders, and participate in MBR and QBR with customers as needed.
- Protect the company's interests by strictly complying with policies and regulations.
- Operations:

- Make sure that all data is updated promptly to maximize profitability.
- Communicate operational and commercial needs to overseas colleagues.
- Service all customer needs and handle complaints.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
- Submit regular reports on service quality to higher management.
- Customer satisfaction:

- Gather and analyze results from customer satisfaction surveys and propose solutions as needed.
- Others:

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the superiors.
- Report to direct superiors as requested.
- Making reports to control upper management in English and Japanese.
- Manage 04 Sales PICs of Progress management, advice, and support for sales activities.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Education and experience:

- Bachelor's degree or higher from a college or university.
- Relevant work experience of at least 03 years in Sales.
- From 02 years of experience in team management.
- Required skills and abilities:

- Japanese level N2 or higher is required.
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities, with the ability to establish and sustain productive relationships.
- Analytical and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Team management and inspiration.
- A detail-oriented and meticulous approach to work.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude.
- Working condition & Benefits:

- Working Place: Bluesky Office, 01 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, HCMC
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:35 Monday - Friday (Close Saturday & Sunday)
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
- Annual Salary Increase: once per year
- Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
