**Responsibilities**
- Understanding, Analyze, verify requirements, and considering both business and technical engineering.
- Write requirements specifications, business processes, technical documentation...
- Translate and transmit to the Dev team.
- Communicate, work with the team to solve the requirements and come up with solutions.
- Perform test Unit and support customer test UAT.
- Manage and check progress to ensure delivery with high quality.
- Surely carry out the requested job.
- Grasp requested tasks by yourself and execute them without fail.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in Japanese (N2 higher level).**:

- Experience working with Japanese Project.
- Good internal and external communication skills.
- 2 years of B2B business experience.
- Knowledge of planning and delivery skills, experience at project management.
- Having demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Logic thinking, high responsibility, multitasking skills and proactivity skills.
- Personality Traits: Open-minded, excellent communication skills, proactive in on-site collaboration with the team, energetic, and confident.
- Willingness to travel on business to Japan (3-6 months), Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Hanoi, and Danang.
- Skill set encompassing Business Analysts, IT counterparts specializing in project management, and/or Bridge System Engineers (BrSE).
- Proficiency in utilizing project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Demonstrated experience with wireframing tools, including proficiency in Adobe XD and Figma.

**Preferred skills and experiences**
- Interested in UI/UX design.
- Good English skills.
- Have knowledge of Front-end.
- Used to live and work in Japan.
- 2-3 years experience in IT Development field.
- Have experience in User Experience Design (UXD).
- Background in consulting or sales is preferred.
