**Position Overview**:
We’re looking for a experienced and dependable Account Executive to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, along with English proficiency, flexibility for business travel, and the willingness to work beyond regular hours. As the primary contact for our clients, you’ll oversee the entire process, from initial inquiries to successful project delivery. Experience in the dynamic, trend-driven world of interior design or furniture is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in this exciting, style-forward industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide furniture solutions that meet their project specifications.
- Analyze client requirements to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Provide clients with regular updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Utilize strong negotiation and persuasive skills to secure deals and resolve conflicts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and project updates.
- Be available for business travel and flexible to work outside of regular office hours when needed.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Professional and mature demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
- Analytical skills to assess project requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills for closing deals and managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel for work and work outside regular office hours as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
